Hello Creatives!

I have a gift for you!
In fact throughout the month of December I have a couple gifts for you!

My intention is twofold.

First help bring more peace and hope to your world during a month that has become very hard for a lot of us.

We need to focus on the light, the hope, and vision the world we want to create into being, as a collective. It is so important for all of us to remember that we are the creators, we are the artists of this world we are now living in. And we are the ones who can create a new world. It all begins at the energetic levels. It begins with our thoughts. And so the more we can stand in our high vibing creative flow, the more we will create a world of peace and joy, and happiness.

There Must Be More Than This!

Seriously? There Must Be More Than This!

Hey there Creator!

Do you remember when you reached that pivotal point in your life when you said, “There has to be more to life then this?”

One morning I was sitting in my car waiting for the windows to defrost. I was on my way to work, feeling completely exhausted and the day hadn’t even started yet.

I remember thinking how I just couldn’t keep going like this. I couldn’t keep pushing my body each day. I knew I would end up sick if I did. Then I thought, if I only had 10 years left in my life, is this what I would be doing?

And my next thought was, “Angels please help me, there must be another way.”

That was the moment I shifted from living a life to keep everyone happy, to the beginning of living a life for me; living my life, my one sacred journey that is mine alone. 

And everything in my life changed. It was like my guides and angels all jumped up and down cheering that finally we could get on with what my life purpose was about!

Have you made that decision yet? Have you fully committed to your life journey? Not the one that keeps you in your role of wife, mother, friend, daughter, sister….but the one that lights up your soul!

This is not selfish. This is purpose. And when you make that clear intention that it gets to be about you, it benefits everyone around you in so many ways, ways you may never truly know. But the light ripples out and creates shifts. Your shift may just give someone else close to you permission to shift too.

You are here to help anchor in the light for our world, and you know you are doing this when your heart lights up with excitement and joy. This is your life.

The other day I was very deep in meditation and felt a beautiful angelic presence with me. So I began asking some questions. The first question will may make you giggle a bit.

Lately I have been wondering about doing some kind of cleanse for my body to be able to receive messages more clearly, perhaps a juice cleanse or something, and here was the answer:

You may do cleanses to feel good. But you never need anything to receive us. Your intention to receive is all that is needed. You do not need to do anything else, the ability to receive is equally available to all, regardless of their physical body. Do what you need to do to help your body feel good. But it will not hinder or enhance your ability to commune with us.

Well that was good to know! I really don’t do well without food!

Then I asked if there was a message I could give for those who are on the edge of joining The Creative Mystic? What would be the message for them? And here is what came through:

When you open to receive, you open the gates of love to flow in. You receive so much more of everything good in your life. Who wouldn’t want this? For every being who joins us in wanting more, in setting intention to grow, you will be rewarded beyond your expectation. Your body will feel wrapped in love, a soft warm glow, your light will expand releasing the tightness and gripping in your world. You will begin to flow with ease and grace manifesting whatever you put your attention to. We encourage you to stay connected to your guides as this begins to emerge in your life with such rapid speed and ease. Your connection with your purpose will be your guidance system. It will be your compass as you drive more quickly through your life then ever before. We are here to guide your course in love. 

This was a beautiful message for all of you. I laughed a bit when the term ‘your guidance system’ came through as I know that is what Abraham Hicks calls it. But the message came through so quickly as I was writing that I did not have time to search my brain for a different word. It was appropriate.

And when I reread the part ‘we are here to guide your course in love’ I had first assumed they meant each persons’ path, but then realized they also meant The Creative Mystic course!

I know we will not be journeying through these next 6 months alone. Each of us in this course will be clearly guided. And our combined energy and intention will take us to levels we have not been before. I am as excited to get started as everyone who has already registered.

Creative Flow to a Never Ending Waterfall

How to Unleash the Power of You

Hello my friends,

This week in my Facebook live videos, I put these questions out to you:

What is your story around abundance?
What is your story around how far you will allow yourself to go?

I know I still have residual limiting beliefs around earning through my passion.
I still have limiting beliefs around who would pay me for this?
And around accepting money for something that comes so easy for me, especially when it doesn’t feel like work at all.

But here’s the thing, your gifts are given to you from the Universe to bring to this world.
This is how you help make our world a beautiful place.
Your passion is powerful and absolutley encouraged by spirit.
Your gifts are lighthouses guiding you to your path,
and burning desires lead to great personal expansion.

So my next questions are:
Where are you holding back in your life?
Aren’t you tired of holding back? 
It is time for you to rise up and own your power.
Aren’t you tired of checking yourself continually?
Aren’t you tired of not shining your full light?
It takes more work to hide it than it does to let it shine.

It takes courage and commitment to let your creative flow become a never ending waterfall.

What are the stories and dramas holding you back?
Why are you playing small?
How does it serve you?
How does it serve the world?
If you don’t bring the energy now…when?

We need you and your gifts. You need to shine, in whatever way that is for you.
What would feel really good to let loose in your life?

How Knowing Your Energetic Minimums Helps You Break Glass Ceilings

Manifesting is energy my friend and energy is love!

When you think of your energetic minimum for money, health, love & relationships what do you think of?

Let me explain…..
We all have an energetic minimum, a bar, that we are unwilling to drop below when it comes to our lifestyle or relationships with others and ourselves.

This is usually an unconscious bar that we hold and bringing our awareness of where our bar is being held is like finding where you are on a roadmap.

You can’t get to where you want to go if you don’t know where you are at. Even a compass won’t help until you locate your position.

So we are going to locate your energetic position in your life and then ourintention and all the work we are doing to clear up our limiting beliefs become our compass to our desired life.

I want to share my experience with this to help you understand:

My energetic minimum for money was tied to my home. I was willing to make enough money to make sure we always had our home. Our bills were always met, we had ‘a roof over our head and food on the table.’

I truly love my home, that is where my heart is.  I love being in my home. I love painting in my studio. I love walking in my yard. It brings me peace and joy. And if you are on my Facebook group, Soulfully Aligned Women, then you know I had deep ingrained fears from my childhood around losing my home.

And so, when it comes to my home my need for money drops into my heart.
I want to shower my home with love. I want to decorate, update, beautify my home because I love it so much.

And so knowing my energetic minimum was at the level of just paying the mortgage so we could live here, I could then consciously raise that bar. I focused on my love for my home and I could really get behind allowing more to flow into my life so I could use the tool of money to bless my home with the love I am feeling.

This exercise can be used in any area of your life; love, money or health.
Where are you energetic bars sitting. Are you ready to bust through the threshold and bring more of what you want into your life?

What if you could raise the bar?
What can you get behind?
For some people it will be traveling, for some it may be designer shoes!

You need to find where money drops into your heart and manifest from there.

So then how do we raise the bar?

1. Choose one area of your life that is funky right now and identify the lowest threshold you are willing to accept. Recognize where your minimum is and feel it in your body. This is the point that if it went any lower you would take passionate action. You would do whatever was needed to bring the bar back up again.

  • For money, think lifestyle
  • For love,, think relationships
  • For health, think independence or mobility

2. Imagine raising this bar up. What would it look like? What would it feel like? Feel it in your body. Every day for 40 days go back to this vision and really feel it in your body.

3.  Each day as you do this pay close attention to the limiting beliefs or doubts that surface. When they do you need to do the work to remove that limiting belief.

The time to break through the barriers holding you back in life has come!
If you can dream it, you can live it.
